Amazon India — defective whirlpool ac delivered. amazon not coming to pick up the product or giving refund for the defective product

I bought whirlpool ac worth 40, 999 on amazon. The product delivered ks defective. Though i raised a return pick up request, no one has come to pick up the product. Even after calling them repeatedly for pick up they are not coming to pick up. They have committed to me on mail that the refund will be initiated on 8th july irrespective of the pick up for which i have been calling them with no one taking the responsibility for refund.
