Amazon India — Delay delivery by the Ecom Express courier service -Reg.

As per the subject matter, I really got annoyed by the said courier service agent to deliver my consignment ordered in the Amazon online store enclosed below as attachment for your reference and perusal.

It is to be noted, as per the tracking details of the said consignment in Amazon online store is showings as the consignment is out for delivery today i.e., 28.08.2021 Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM

Meanwhile, after viewing the said details in the morning Iam expecting the consignment shall be delivered today itself. As expected I received a call from the Ecom Express delivery service agent stating that he is near my house and asked me to wait near your house gate to receive the consignment that will be delivered to you.

As such I cut my call and went to my house gate to receive the parcel. But waited for 10 minutes no body turned up from the delivery agent. Then I made repeated calls to the delivery agent person, he has not lifted the call.
I got annoyed and get inside my house.

Afternoon, I made a call to the same number were I had been received the call in the morning from the delivery agent . But now at this time he received the call and gave lethargic and aggressive & arrogant response and cut the call.

Later to the above incident, finally I got irritated and informed to Amazon customer care executive to raise a escalation regarding this consignment to be delivered today. The customer service executive from Amazon raised an escalation to resolve the issue in such a way that consignment shall be delivered today.

Meanwhile after, 7PM today 28.08.2021 it has been viewed in the Amazon tracking of the consignment showing it is been rescheduled by giving reasons in such way delay delivery from customer request. Since I have not been requested for re- schedule for delay delivery.

In light of the above, I really got fed-up from the services provided by the delivery agent and Amazon for these type of awkward service.

In future, don't place these type of sellers and courier service agents in your Amazon online store website.

Please do the needful at the earliest and resolve the consignment issue to be delivered as per your delivery date
