Amazon India — Delay in delivery , harassment | |||
My complaint is regarding ID :[protected] Its of 4 Shoppers stop GV. The estimated delivery date is 10-13th Dec. I wanted the delivery by 11th of Dec, as the function is today!! I contacted amazon on 8th, they said it will be delivered as urgent delivery. But now everytime I am calling to know the status, they are sending mail to seller, and seller is sending automated email. If it wasn't possible in 1st place they should have told me, I would have cancelled. What will I do with the vouchers post function day, i.e today!!! Its really disappointing. Other online shopping portals are far far better than amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
