Amazon India — delayed delivery of prepaid item

Dear amazon,
I have an issue regarding my delayed delivery of prepaid ordered item tata swach non electric 15 litre fresh green filter bearing id no.[protected] and tracking no[protected].. I ordered this item on 6-7-2017 and it was already shipped on the next day itself i. E., on 7-7-2017 and the expected delivery was on 13 july 2017 but it is late by two days and iam so disappointed by your service.. I request you to kindly take necesssary action as per as possible to resolve this issue.. I don't want any problem..
