Amazon India — Delivered a defective device | |||||
We received oneplus3t device on 10th January, 2017, and we realised that phone was bent on 28th January 2017, a week late from returning period as we directly put the cover (also ordered from amazon) on the device after taking it out of the box to change the screen gaurd. when contacting amazon its taking no responsibility saying its the policy, when there is no damage or physical injury or even a scratch on the piece. its only been 21 days we ordered and on 18th day we had discovered the issue. I am really wondering how you didnt see the bending during that 21 days..You mean to say that as you received the phone you closed your eyes and put on the cover. Thats great because usually when people pur hase something they check the product clearly. So this is completly your mistake. And oneplus 3T how can that phone bend ??
