Amazon India — delivery against mobile | |||
Dear sir, I write in reference to order dated regarding the mobile phone (Lenovo z2 plus, 64 gb) which was ordered in the name of mr. Sanjeev kumar contact no. [protected] kindly note that i have made the online payment and the order was shown delivery date of 16 aug 2017, wednesday however, the order was not delivered on the date committed by the amazon. Thereafter, upon contacting the customer care, the executive promised that it will be delivered by 17 aug 2017, thursday (Afternoon). Today (18 aug 2017), upon checking the online status, it is surprising to know that status is showing order delivery is delayed on customer request. I would like to inform you that i have not made any such request. Further, i would appreciate if you could provide me the copy of such request stating that customer has requested the delayed delivery. It is very unfortunate that we have experiencing such unprofessional and poor services of amazon. Kindly reply at the earliest, else i may have to escalate this issue further.
