Amazon India — delivery issue product

Hi Sir,

My friend booked order #[protected] from his Amazon account on 10th Nov'2019. Product was supposed to deliver to my home address. 11th Nov'19 Amazon executive called me 5 times continuously when I was in traffic riding my bike. After 10min I called to the customer to enquire and he said I called you there was no response from your end and crossed your location. Product will be delivered tomorrow. He was very rude while replying.
Till today product didn't deliver and there is no provision to raise complaint in customer care number.

Kindly look into this issue.

I had order the shoes from amazon . and payment made by the online the payment had failed but amount deduct. but the amount has not refund.
