Amazon India — Delivery issue with one day guarantee delivery

Dear sir,

My name is amit yadav, my resister email with amazon.in account [protected]@gmail.com, oder id[protected]

I placed an order on amazon.in the guarantee delivery date was[protected] according to amazon.in website.
But my item is not delivered on 15 — 4-2017.
I contacted amazon customer service they told me that wait till 8.00pm today (15/04/2017). I raised your ticket.

But nobody came to deliver my packet.

Plaese don't make commitment if you are unable to deliver item on time.
