Amazon India — Delivery of defective product and not picked after 20 days | |||
Respected team I purchased redmi note 10 mobile phone on 10 june 2021 Order id[protected] on 12 june product deleverd but i received defictive product not on mobile i already connect charge for 4 hours but not on then i contact customer support team for issue from 12 june multiple times approx 10 return pickup create but third party courier delivery not picked my mobile because product not on then i contact station manager of delivery he also denid my pickup and cancel my pickup i already contact multiple times multiple times noc form fill he says that pickup is cancelled by customer is wrong update provide by delivery last time 25 june i contact with manager team he told me wait for 3 business days and on 1 july i contact you on our side i wait but not call recived I am very disappointed and unhappy with your service Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i take legal action soon Pickup not cancel from my side its wrong update provide by delivery courier I already share pictures of product which not work, invoice and box Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
