[Resolved] Amazon India — didn't get refund and the bank branch behaviour is very rude about this | |||
I ordered a crutial 4gb ram from amazon and get a defective product. So i contacted to the customer service and tell the problem. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method by 7-10 days. I wait till the 11th day. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me. But i haven't received the refund yet. And the bank branch can't help me with this and their behaviour is very rude about this.
