Amazon India — Dji osmo battery delivery

I had placed an order for dji ismo battery qty 2 at 7270. I got payment confirmation and post that shipment trackjng no received of fedex. i rcd msg tat my order will be delivered on 6 nov and on the same day i rcd mag from amazon that my refund has been initiated.

This is kind of a cheating as i placed the order and everything was done and duddenly refund was initiated.

When i checked the price for same 2 batteries it was approx Rs.14000/-.

This is not what i expected.
