Amazon India — Fake product delivered and refund not initiated on bank account instead as Amazon gift | |||||
So I ordered Adidas shoes and received a fake Adidas shoes which I instantly raised complaint for a refund. I was told to update my bank details which I did and confirmed 100000 times with your customer care if my money will be refunded to my bank account and to which your CSR said yes it will be refunded to my bank. Today I checked my Amazon and I see they have initiated the refund as GIFT CARD. This is completely unacceptable. You need to refund the money on my bank any way possible. Don't commit if you can't do it. STOP LOOTING CUSTOMERS. What the hell will I do with Amazon pay balance if you sell all the fake products. I need the money in my account as your CSR promised over chat that day.
