Amazon India — false commitments for delivery | |||
Product was ordered on 26th december 2017, and earlier the delivery date was showing 30th december 2017 but it suddenly changed to 3rd of january 2018. I called customer support 5 times everytime they were just "we can understand your problem we will try to help you at our best" but no result till yet. I want reason why it got delayed and how in my order status i am seeing that delivery date is changed on customer request but not even single call i have recieved from amazon transportation services. Order details: Product : iphone 7 128 gb (Gold) Registered mail id : er. I have ordered a shirt from amazon. But theey gave me different shirt. When i called them, they are not helping me out and not returning my money.
