Amazon India — false reasons for not delivering the item | |||||
Amazon has given my expensive phone to aramex courier for delivery. Escalations from amazon are not reaching aramex (As confirmed from aramex customer care). False reasons are being given to not deliver the package like "address is not correct" even though i get packages on this address frequently. Amazon is not able to resolve the issue & the delivery has already been delayed than promised date. (Amazon order id:[protected].
