Amazon India — Faulty oneplus 3 phone sent to me | |||||
I am Ramneek, I received One Plus 3 couple of hours back (28/10/2016) and its Disgusting to see a faulty phone to arrive after waiting for 3 days and especially on the occasion of Diwali. Amazon really has spoiled my festive season by sending this faulty phone whose Home Button does not work. I Could not even set up the phone with finger print sensor as it was not reading it. I tried so many times with hard and soft push, from set up or from Settings Options but did not work. Later i found that even pressing so hard on the Home button i am unable to go to Home Screen. Highly disappointed on this purchase and the item sent to me. Moreover now the seller does not have replacement with him and I was informed to return the phone (by Amazon Customer Care[protected] and money will be refunded whereas i requested earlier for replacement. Even the packaging was pathetic, just one simple buble wrap and nothing else. I was expecting the phone to come in Proper hard box from amazon to protect a costly phone like this.
