I have purchased a lenovo smart phone on a introduction deal. My order - ordered on 14 july 2016 order#[protected] machine type pa2e
It was deliverd as committed by you on 15th july. It was a pleasant surprise for me to get a excellent service from amazon. Really it was a delightful moment since i purchased it for my loving son for his birthday. It was on 13 th august. I gave it to him he is filled with joy enjoyed a lot started setting up his new devise.
It was a very big shock to us the speaker is not working. We cannot hear his voice but he can listen to our voice when any call is received. Rest of all other things are working good. I tried for replacement again an another big shock the date for that is over. I dont know what to do??? Kindly advise me. I am terribly disturbed.
