We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Jude Felix.
We find that we are unable to redress the complaint since the order ID that has been provided is incorrect.
You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of your amazon.in account.
We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from your with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
The above cited reference number may be quoted in your reply.
