Amazon India — Fraud sellers | |||||
I ordered a camera on 5th june 2017 from amazon and paid online through credit card. The expected delivery date was 10-15 june.. I was given a tracking code of india post which was invalid from the beginning and later on i tried to contact to the seller but i got no response. I needed the camera on urgent basis but i kept waiting. Later on amazon initiated the refund process but because of the some fraud sellers on amazon i wasted my time and amazon is nothing but sorry to me. I need compensation for my 10 days of waiting and eventually i got nothing because it was a fraud since the beginning. I'm attaching few pics of the order.. P. S. This people have blocked my account for no reason now i cant access my account prime membership and there customer service department has no clue why my account has been kept on hold
