Amazon India — Giving wrong information about delivery of product | |||
I have ordered Stylsta Window AC cover from Amazon India on 13th Oct for anount 299 on 13th Oct and it was to be dilevered on 18th Oct. The delivery boy acted cunning and never came to deliver it. Got the status updated twice that payment was not given. Informed Amazon about this and they said delivery attempt was never made and delivery boy was at fault. They said it will be delivered on 22nd Oct. Today again i checked with Amazon they said cannot deliver today on 22nd also. Being harrased for last 5 days and also wrong allegation that payment was not ready when no attempt was made to deliver it. Was this information helpful? | |||
