Amazon India — Got duplicate product and amazon supporting it

I have got duplicate Intex LED Monitor 1601 from Amazon and it is confirmed from Intex company as well. Original Intex LED Monitor 1601 are having inbuilt speakers but I have got the one without speakers. Also its resolution and colours are not up to the mark.

I complaint to Intex Customer Care and there executive visits my home but surpise to see the model without speakers. He said original Intex LED Monitor 1601 must have in-built speakers that was just lanched last month.

One can also call Intex Customer Care[protected] and ask them about my complaint. Just tell my mobile number [protected] or Complaint Number[protected] to enquire for the same. I have all the proofs that the product I have got is not the original one and the Amazon is responsible for this.

Even after contacting so many times, they don't care to take action and refund my money so I am writing here now.

They even don't publish my negative review on product and seller. It seems they are actually supporting their fraud sellers.

Is someone on this website can help me getting my money back?
