Respected sravani sahab I got your email letter and i thank you for showing concern and assurance to me for my consignment (Havells bt5151c li-ion cord and cordless beard trimmer /order no #[protected]. Here i can say to you with hundred percent conviction that nor me neither my family members, friends or neighbors have received above mention consignment because today (6/10/2019) itself i once again phone to the your delivery agent (Mob number: [protected]) and he again assured me to deliver my consignment today but so far at this late night i have not received that. Therefore sir if your agent has not delivered my consignment, how can anybody received that. So i hope your prompt action would get me my consignment sooner than later.
