Dear mam/sir I have order mobile honour 7c by amazon.com by exchange offer. My exchange mobile was samsung grand prime. Today deliverd mobile phone and take my exchange samsung grand prime phone. But i opened mobile box then show the different mobile phone and some old battries in amazon box. I have send photos of mobile phone when open box. Please help and action immediately.
