Amazon India — I am complaining about delivery. | |||||
Sir/madam I am rajat thakrey, i had booked a product on amazon dated[protected] and the product delivery date was[protected] but still my product is not delivered. When i called to customer care they said that your product definitely delivered on[protected] till 20:00 but not delivered. Snapshots are attached herewith regarding delivery of the product. When i asked to why are you delaying my product they said some kind of problems from courier team. But they don’t tell me what the reason is. I had booked the phone because i urgently needed it by[protected] as i had to go out of delhi on[protected] night but due to delay in my phone delivery i had to postpone my visiting plans which affected me monetary, i am very harassed. My product details are - product name - lenovo vibe k5 (Gold), order id[protected], tracking id[protected] I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
