Amazon India — i am complaining about my bajaj shakti gl 15 liter geyser against amazon | |||
I have purchased a bajaj shakti gl 15 liter geyser from amazon. I have purchased this on 25th oct and payment has been done to them in advance. They have delivered geyser and geyser was not working and i have requested for replace. But they have refused to replace after 3 days and committed me to refund of my money after collecting the geyser. But they have not collected the product and their customer care is telling me that product will collect tomorrow from last 5 days. Today i have seen on their site. If it will not collect till 10 nov 2018. Then no refund will be given to me. I am facing very big problem in my family due to this. I have paid on 25 oct 2018 and till today 3rd november 2018 i dont have geyser. My son is bathing in cold water and he is suffering from cold. Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.. Was this information helpful? | |||
