Amazon India — I am complaining about their services regarding return. | |||
I had ordered a mobile phone of micromax but at the time of pickup I saw that it was without a charger so on that day itself I filed a return request in amazon but they told me that return cannot be made for this mobile so I will have to refuse the delivery boy at the time of replacement that I don't want this phone then my refund could be facilitated( this was a suggestion given to me by amazon customer care service) . IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK THAT I HAD DONE AS SUGGESTED BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND. THEY HAVE A VERY DIRTY POLICY OF harassing THE CUSTOMER . I WOULD REQUEST ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP FROM AMAZON . FLIPKART AND OTHERS ARE BETTER BECAUSE ATLEAST THEY DONT CHEAT PEOPLE . IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Was this information helpful? | |||
