[Resolved] Amazon India — I am complaining for refund of rs.774 not credited to my sbi account | |
I have orderd shoes of Rs, 799 dt[protected] from their website (mob reg on amazon account [protected], amazon account holder name.Ahmad22786) and than cancelled the same on[protected] refund was initiated from amazon on dt[protected].I have made the payment Rs.25 from Amazon pay and 774 from Phonepe account linked with SBI.Still i didnt get the amount in my account. I have complaint the same thrice to amazon, their reply was not satisfactory, they said i have refunded now i m not responsible for your amount and they provide me a refund reference number and told me to ask from bank. Furthur i called to bank twice they refused to help, then i convey the same to the bank through mail on their grievance redressal of my reigon but i didnt get any reply from them too.Please help asap.

Nov 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is still unresolved. The amount Rs 774 still not credited in my account. The complaints status shows marked as resolved but the money still not credited in my account. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6490We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Ahmad ("Complainant") and find that he has ordered for Eego Italy White Synthetic Ankle Length Sneakers -7 vide ("Product") vide order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Satya Shoes ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website"). It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 774.00 as requested and required by him was processed into his original mode of payment on 16th July, 2019 vide refund reference number 682956. In case, the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank. The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |
