Amazon India — I am very upset about this matter

I want to tell you that for the past 2 days, someone is tampering with my amazon account someone transacted ₹ 800 with my amazon account which took place around 4:00 to 5:00 am in the morning, information about this fraud transaction happened through email when i came to know of this, i immediately filed a complaint with the customer care you should investigate this matter as soon as possible and i have a fraud of ₹ 800. I should get this money back as soon as possible, please improve your services so that no one can fraud anybody else

Updated by Deepukalsi I want to say that on february 2, someone hacked my amazon account to buy a google play gift card whose price was ₹ 750

Two gift cards ordered from my account let me know this fraud address via email

I immediately cancel this order by calling customer care but i have not received my money back yet.

Amazon customer care is not taking any action on my complaint

I am being repeatedly waiting to wait 24 hours

My account is blocked and i can not order any of my fire tv due to my account block is not working properly please help me in this regard, i am very upset

Updated by Deepukalsi There is no action taken on Amazon's complaint yet, nor has any Amazon official ever contacted me. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am very upset.
