Amazon India — I did not get my refund in my bank account amazon says that it has already refunded on 4 th but today is 12th I haven't received any refund.

My name is Aman Raghav and i ordered a product of rs 599 and other product of 189 in Amazon on october 3 and 28 september and after 3 october I returned these order due to personal reason. And on (Date 4 th october which refund initiated)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005102720272101345031
and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent
mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}
