Amazon India — I haven't got my phone

Sr I have orderd redmi 4 3GB & 32GB 8999RS. And I have not got my phn ...ur distributer has given my phn to other person on my I'd ... without seeing any I'd proof he has given 2 other person ...and I have called 4 times in customer service they told me that u will get ur phn. As delivery date was show 27 bt I have not got my phn yet
