Amazon India — I ordered moto g turbo using a promotional coupon and placed order successfully but the order was canceled without any kind of notification

I order a mobile moto g turbo on amazon india. I applied a coupon of discount worth rs 7500 on that product. And the coupon was sucessfully applied and the order was also sucessfully placed. But after some time when i opened my order section in amazon to check that whether my order js dispatched or not then i saw that there was not order of my moto g turbo in my order section. I feeled vry socked about that. Then i contacted amazon customer care then they told me that that was a pricd error and the order was canceled by system. But this is fully fraud by amazon.
