[Resolved] Amazon India — I purchased a Blackberry 9720 mobile from Amazon and it was defective. So I returned that, bt Amazon didn't refund my money. | |||
I purchased a Blackberry 9720 mobile phone of 8500 rs. from Amazon by using my SBI. debit card at 18.12.2016. But after opening the box when I went to use the phone I saw the phone has a problem. So I contacted Amazon and told them abut the problem. After hearing that they told me to return the product and they will refund my money after receiving the phone. Hearing there commitment at 02.01.2017 I returned my product by Blue Dart courier service and Amazon received the product at 04.01.2017. At 06.01.2017 they send me an email and in that email they told me that they refund my money. But Sir, from that day till now I didn't received any money in my SBI. account. But abut that matter when I contacted to Amazon they told me, the refund had initiated please contact your bank. But when I went to my SBI. branch and connect to SBI customer care, they directly told me that any refund had not initiated in my account. Now Sir / Madam Please rescue my money.
