[Resolved] Amazon India — I want to cancel my order but the cancellation option is not shown in my amazon account. | |
I ordered a book "How to Be a Brilliant Leader, revised 2nd edn (Brilliant Business)" on 15 may 2019 [ Order ID:[protected] ]. i had done the payment of Rs.1180.92 by SBI online netbanking. I received a mail from [protected]@ marketplace.amazon.in telling me that the seller of the book from "Sunrise Book Store" is unable to process my order and hence the seller is requesting me to cancel my order so that the money can be refunded back to me. However, there is no cancellation option displaying on my Amazon account. i have been trying calling Amazon customer care since a few days but its always showing "all lines are busy plz try after sometime".
