Amazon India — Irresponsible behaviour for order delivery | |||||
Hi I had ordered a product from Amazon which as per them was sent to me via BLUEDART courier service. Unfortunately i don't comprehend for what reason this courier service is reluctant to contact me even a single time and unfortunately AMAZON is least bothered about it though i had written so many mails regarding order. All they say is the my issue and details are corresponded to BLUE DART And what i get finally is this msg –-------- This is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID [protected], shipped via Blue Dart, has been refused on a delivery attempt. If you've already paid for the order, we will initiate a full refund once the package is received at our Fulfilment Centre. We will send you an email once we process the refund. Unfortunately, we're unable to re-dispatch orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If this is a mistake and you still want these items, we'd suggest you to go ahead and place a new order. I am tired of complaining again and again to amazon but they are showing ZERO interest in addressing customer's concern. Please help i[censored] can Was this information helpful? | |||||
