Sir/madam,
This mail is regarding my order given on 25th jun 2107 and order number [protected].
I have ordered a woman's tshirt of small size which is grey in color. T-shirt i got was not fit for me, it was little bit tight. So i have initiated a request for refund of item. Time was given by amazon to me for being at home...i managed my work time schdule and rushed back to home so the item can be collected...but nobody came to me...i asked amazon about the failure and they said that delivery boy could not come to your place just for one item...so they cancelled the time... Again i called amazon and again customer service provider given me the time and same thing I did... But nobody came to me... It was very difficult for me to manage the time evey day...third time again i called back to amazon they promised me that they will collect the item on Saturday and if they cant come then they will first initiate the refund and then proceed to their procedure... But again they did the same and messaged me that they will come on monday... I am not able to manage my time again and again... So i requested to come on sunday because i uesd to be free...but customer service advisor said that office of blue dart company is closed on sunday... And delivery boy could not come to my place... I asked the advisor to transferred the call to senior and she did but i was not satisfied with their suggestions and i said to transferred to their incharge but the reply she had given me was shocking she said I WILL NOT TRANSFER THE CALL...
So it is kindly requested to you to please to take strict action against blue dart company and against the customer advisor too... The name of advisor was Miss. Sabhasani nath... Was this information helpful? |
