Amazon India — jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker | |||||
I had purchased a jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker from amazon india on 26th dec, 2018, but later returned it on quality issues. According to amazon, they say a refund amount of 5244.30 inr was credited to my account on 4th of january, 2019, but i still haven't yet got my refund in my bank account. Upon enquiring their customer service, they provided me with a refund reference number and told me to call the bank's customer care. I did that too, and mailed bank of india at pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in with all the necessary details as advised by the bank's customer service rep. But i have still not been provided with the refund in my bank account.
