Amazon India — karbonn k9 smart eco mobile refund not received

As per the order #[protected], Karbonn K9 Smart eco and Zebronics 4.1 multimedia speker was ordered on 13-02.2018 and mobile was cancelled on same day the 13/02/2018. amount of rupees 2748 is not yet refunded by amazon till date. when ever we contact customer care they say "Please wait for 5 days" etc. Till now no solution and proper response from amazon side.

THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL NOW FROM AMAZON. STILL ASKING TO WAIT EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 1 MONTH.
