Dear Sir/Mada,

Complaint # 1:

I have bought a laptop from amazon.in on 7th October 2015 with order no Order#[protected]. Recently i had problem in my laptop so i went to the service center for the problem, there i got to know that the invoice given by the amazon is not acceptable to the service center. They are insisting on US Bill for the laptop since it is imported by the seller.

After contacting Amazon on 22nd August 2016, they assured me that within 24- 48 hrs i am going to get the bill but it has been 7 days but still i have not received the US Bill for my laptop which i require it to produce it to the service center.

Complaint # 2:

As per service center the laptop is under warranty till 1st September 2016 but my warranty should be till 07th October 2016 since i have bought it on 07th October 2015.

Dell Inspiron 15R 5558 Laptop (5Th Gen I5, 8Gb Ram, 1Tb Hdd, 15.6" Hd Non-Touch, Backlit Keyboard, Dvdrw, Windows 8.1 & Win 10.)

I am awaiting for the amazon India to resolve my issue. Every time i contact them they are saying your problem will be resolved within 48 hrs . i am now sick of this, i would request to help me get this issue resolved.

Dear Team

This is inform that Amazon is providing worst Delivery services & updating fake information on his portal . I am coordinating with Amazon help desk team but they are not arranging any solution . So I am advising & Social media on Facebook / Twitter do not purchase any material through amazon .

I had ordered a book vide, ID No.[protected], dated-11.08.16(Tracking ID :[protected], but till date the book is undelivered . But it is seen from my order history that the book was delivered as on 19.08.16 and which is not true .Now my complain is like that why without delivering the item it is shown that the book was delivered .
Please provide me more information about it and my number is [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. when it's closer please provide me information.you are not shipping it.
