Amazon India — Late/no delivery of my phone

I have ordered xiaomi redme note3 on october 26, 2016 from amazon (Order no.:[protected]. Initially it was supposed to be delivered within november 4, 2016 and then they postponed the delivery date to november, 2016. On october 31, 2016, amazon messaged me that my phone is out for delivery and since then i have not received my phone till date.
On november 2, 2016, i had contacted amazon customer care verbally as well as dropped a complaint mail, but haven't received any positive results till date. I have already paid for the order.
Kindly suggest what can be done.

2 oct my order was pink gergete sarri&chandrakala purple sarri it was not good there for return this itom that refund is yet not get in my account please check refund procedure is startor not&my ather chandrakala tourose colour sarri retun refund is given in check but chek come in madhuri devkare but i have in name of shubhangi powar

Hi amazon i was order 2 oct gergete pink sarri &chandrakala silk purpule sarri it was not good there for i was reply this itom but in my acount yet not get refund it was 469, 938&699 and chndrakala silk tourose colour sarri given in chek but it madhuri devkare but i want it shubhangi powar please its urgent

My order will not good and properly order my order missing I will giving you phone camplean but not responsible your castamer egjekativ. My order is tow time repleas but 3time order give me missing order so call my number and repleas my order... Complain no. IN[protected]
