Amazon India — Less cash back received on order placed in amazon | |||||
Placed order for redmi note 3 vide order number[protected] on 1st oct. 2016. 15% cashback offer was there for orders placed through app and payment made through hdfc card. Both the conditions were fulfilled but cashback was given 10%. Due to this, had to pay late payment charges for my hdfc credit card. Have been writing them since last 10 days. They asked for 5-7 days. When wrote after stipulated time, they again asked for 5-7 days. As a customer, we expect this process to be stp. Instead we have to follow up for the things that company should take care off. Just running here and there from hdfc to amazon but yet to get solution. Pathetic services.
