I order this product and install window with all drivers but mouse pad not working than amazon technician visit my home and check in this hardare problem than 26 june 2018 change my product but same problem i am facing Mene 15 jun ko product liya pay kiya advance but abhi tak koi solution nahi hai iska mujhe ab online koi product nahi lena bus refund kar do mere paise. I am bipin chand i bought a philips trimmer from anazon and i refumd trimmer some resions .and its against amazon refund generated 8 june 2018 and last creadit date 18 june 2018 in my account but till date my amount is not credited in account .so please considere this issue as soon as possible.
