I have ordered philips trimmer in amazon, but received nova trimmer. Have contacted and reported to amazon on 24-apr, they have escalated my case with seller.. Amazon told me wait 2-3days to get reponse and later i have contacted them on 3rd may, again they informed me to wait till 11may. Today i have contacted them, again they are saying same..
