Amazon India — mental torture and harassment by amazon for refund

I unfortunately place an order on amazon a handset asus zenphone max pro 1 (Black, 64 gb) (4gb ram) on 26th of june, 2018

Invoice details - tn[protected]

Oder placed on 26th june, 2018 from amazon prime
Expected delivery date : 27th june
Product got delivered on 3rd of july, 2018 (Delay of & days where amazon prime delivers in 1 day) post so much of follow with aamzon.

I found defect as follow,
Mobile was not functioning properly, there was a defect in camera, it was taking time more than usual to click any picture,
Headphone was not getting connected,
Voice was not audible when it was plugged in to handset
Mobile was function very slow even though it was 4 gb ram
It was getting hanged every single time i used, i had to restart every after 3-4 hours, it was not getting charged. It was almost taking 8-9 hours to charge fully.

I reported this issue to amazon within return window frame 7 days
1st of all they denied it is not under written window time, then they finally got convinced that you have complained us.

Then all drama stared from there

I was asked to go to service center of asus and get the proof that it is not working properly

I took a half day from office and went to service center and spent 5 hours there

They checked software related issues and from that day mpbile is not starting only

I took things in writing as advised by amaon

Then they asked me to send this mobile to seller

They do not provide pic up facility for returning products

I asked them to provide amazon's tpc courier company list
They gave me 3 company's

Out of which i called dtdc and asked them to collect product

I did follow up with dtdc for pick you for 3 days, after 3 days one guy came to collect the product and gave me receipt e72255983.

On 31st aug he collected the product and i was tracking on line for the status

It was not showing any status

I had to call dtdc for the update

They said wrong receipt number is provided to you

Correct one is e74102734

With this receipt number i could track my delivery status, which shows it the product is delivered to a seller on 2nd aug, 2018 11.48

Dtdc told me this seller has refused to collect the product and have abused dtdc person and did not collect the product

This dtdc ppl reattempted to deliver product, this time he collected product and again called up dtdc guy and returned the product and told him not to come here again for this mobile delivery, also he said i will be loosing my 17000 if i collect this product and abused dtdc guy

But for this on dtdc online site it shows that product got delivered to the seller but in actual it is lying at dtdc chennaai branch

Same thing was conveyed to amazon

I am getting call from dtdc every day, what to do with mobile, it is 20 days mobile is there with dtdc.

Same i have forwarded to amazon

Theses ppl are again asking for signature of the seller where he has received the product.

Since last 45 days

I have been providing all documents to them and everyday they are asking me for some or other things

And they reject my claims for some or other things

They say their higher investigation team is working on it

Their atoz team is working on it

Their buyer guarantee team is working on it

I have called more than 50 times to amazon and and have to them almost every time for 70 to 80 minutes

They do not have any system in place

You have to explain every time your problem when you call them and plead them..

First of all they would not know anything
Then i would request to check past calling records and update on the system

They would put call on hold for 10 minutes to understand and then again they will have some queries about it and i have re explain my problem for half and hours and then they will start to ask for more documents

Once i will provide the documents they will say

Maam

Withing 24 hours/ 48 hours/ 2 working days/ 5 working days

We will resolve your problem and then there is no update from them

Again you call them after whatever time they have provided

I will have to do the entire process again and the same time line will be provided,, same explanation and same queries

I have explained same thing for more than 50 times to them

Every time i have spoken to their leaders and they have told "maam, everything is in your favoure, you will get your refund maam in whatever days, and when i call back they would ask me to repeat process.

I am so pissed and so tortured by this useless people,

They are good for nothing.

Have wasted my 50 days

And they are not providing refund

They said its third party seller product, not in our hands

Then why they bring such kind of seller on their site

I did not know this seller personally, i orders though amazon.

I have been tortured by answering all stupid things by amaozn for hours and hours on the phone

I am being harassed by providing all stupid supporting for as a proof still they are not refunding my money

I would request you to pls take strict actions for such acts

Its so much of torture trust me.

These ppl have not taken any action against seller and frustrating me daily.
