Amazon India — Misleading promises to provide cash back | |||||
Hi i m facing problem regarding my cash back against my order on Amazon i fell cheated they mislead me on 26oct2016 they assured me with an email that i m eligible for cash back & after 4 months they r saying that i m not eligible against tearms & conditions every time when i have contacted customer service they assured me that ill get my cash back of 15% of my purchases Amount will be transferred to my sbi bank account on 31jan2017 but on 8feb2017 they said i m not eligible for any cashback i have long argument regarding this issue & on14feb2017 one of there seniors assured me that if i have a written email assuring me for cashback so i will receive cashback within 3 to 5 business days but i didn't get any money 0n 18feb2017 i again call to cc Amazon 1st they said i m not eligible after argument of 1 hr they said ok we will provide the cashback wait for 6 working days till 28feb17 but when i Amazon cc on 28feb17 they said the same thing that u eill not receive any cashback ur bot eligible under t&c i m feeling cheated & mentally harassed could you please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
