Amazon India — Mismatch in imei number - invoice & mobile

I have bought the Panasonic P55 mobile through Amazon website on 31st Jan 2015 and after using for few months, I started facing some operation issues with the phone. I went to Service centre of Panasonic and they found that the IMEI no. is mismatching in Mobile and invoice. Because of this issue, the service centre is not accepting the phone for repair, which they are right in their approach. To address this I have started interacting with Amazon since last week of Oct 2015 and till date only Mail exchanges and calls were made by them with false commitments. I have not received any confirmed solution in this regard. Please help me on this, as this is a cheating with customers Rgds, Swarup Kumar Bagaria [protected]
