HI FRIENDS, From The Amazon i have ordered a xiomi redmi note 3 on 27 aug 2016 they show me on app that your order delivered by 31 aug 2016 and on same day when i contact the customer care they are saying the courier service of Aramex is outside delivery today so your ordered is delivered by 1 sep 2016 by 5pm but they didn't delivered that on my address. And i have prepaid for that amount of 12000 and now they are not giving me my ordered and my refund they keep my money and product too. when i clled c-care they give me wrong information . I TamilNadu center 1 Podi shree disconnected by call after conversation of 40 minutes Rahul, in M.P center Ram, On asking for Refund they are saying it will take 45 business days. I stuck my money got stuck I suggests you please don't go with Amazon and specially with Prepaid service. Was this information helpful? | |
