Amazon India — missing mobile phone | |||
On 23rd of dec i had placed an order of samsung m30 which was delivered to me on 26th dec and the box piece seal was broken and the main item that is the phone was missing. There was only a charger and its cord left. I immediately contacted the customer service and they are just asking me to wait and it's been 3 days now and i received no update and they aren't even doing anything about it and when am calling them they are just asking me to wait for 5 more days.
