[Resolved] Amazon India — missing product and delay in delivery after no. of chaseups | |||||
Order date: 22-jan-2018 Order #[protected] This is regards to above item, it was delivered with missing item. However, i requested to replace the delivery and same thing was agreed to delivery on 25th jan-2018 with below details. Order date: 23-jan-2018 Order #[protected] Courier:amazon transportation services Tracking #[protected] Still i haven't received delivery, giving false statement while tracking the product in site. I am calling since 6 days for delivery and it status but they are not giving proper reason or service or tracking details. I lost my time to call and explain each day but still there are asking 48 hours in the mean while they are giving promotion balance. However they promised product will delivery in 24 to 48 he's still not at received. Till the day they are giving same answer. I am fedup with calling amazon service and getting explanation. Kindly help me to resolve issue and this should be punishable. Issues should not be a effected to other customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 31, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company doesn't take any steps to resolve expect escalation but delivery is the matter of 1hour as they are saying it is in your location.bi don't have any details for escalation.
