Amazon India — Mobile replacement | |||||
I have brought lenovo k4 note mobile in amazon on 3rd march 2016. The mobile display is not working by date of 19th march and i have called the customer executive to make a replacement of the mobile but the executive mentioned that they cant replace the phone because the mobile has been crossed the replacement policy limit of 10 days. Then why the amazon is mentioning "the 30 days of 100% replacement " by buying a mobile. This really cheating making by amazon company in online products. Was this information helpful? | |||||
