Amazon India — Money has not been refunded yet and also amazon account has also kept on hold | |||||
I was purchasing moto g4 plus worth rs 11475, on 21st jan 2017 but payment failed on app and money was deducted from bank account.i came to know that my amazon account is on hold so i mailed them every needed document asked by them to verify my amazon account and also provided them transaction number to verify the payment.but they didn't reply.i mailed them, called them several times regarding unholding my account but no help from their side.on 15th feb i got a mail that my account has been closed and related money has been refunded but thet didn't provide me the reference number which they provide during money refund initiation, it's been a month after the payment i haven't received my refund!! name-ADITYA SHEKHAR MOB-[protected] EMAIL-adityanparmar.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

Product m mistake h.. Cut lga h jo order bok kiya tha vo ordee nhi h i will chnge this... I have return this nd give me my case.. I hve't satisfied this please return this.
