Amazon India — Money not received back in spite of returning the product three weeks ago | |||||
I had purchased 2 Samsung headphones from Amazon India and received the product on April 21. My order no : #[protected], but since I received a fake product of some other brand to what I ordered I returned the product back on 25 April. Inspite of sending them my bank details I haven't received my money (Rs. 511) till today and even my the product has been returned back to them on 25 April. It has been three weeks and I am very disappointed with such bad service from Amazon.
